Whether you need your house let on a short term basis, are looking for extra income from a second property or have a portfolio of properties that require management, Gascoines are able to help. We offer three letting services and are confident one will match your needs:
Package 1 – Managed property
A popular choice as it takes the stress out of letting a property. This package includes all the services listed in Package 1 and 2, but Gascoines also looks after the ongoing needs of the tenant and property.
Package 2 – Letting only
This includes all of package one, but also covers drawing up an inventory for your property and the tenancy agreement. Once all is agreed and signed, we hand back over to you to collect the rent and manage the property.
Package 3 – Tenant finder
If you have a property to let, Gascoines will take the strain out of finding a tenant. We will market your property and find someone who wishes to rent it, then hand back over to you to sort out the tenancy terms and the ongoing management. We also offer the option of credit checking the proposed tenant.
As well as collecting the rent on your behalf, we will conduct three-monthly checks to ensure the property is being maintained to the standard you expect. We will also be accountable for its ongoing condition and be on 24-hour standby for you and your tenant.
