- Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 8.00pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9.30am to 4.30pm
No move - no legal fee
No catches - it's true! If your sale or purchase should fail to go ahead, even if you decide to withdraw for any reason or at any time prior to exchange of contracts - you don't pay any legal fees. Futhermore, if you're buying only, your solicitor will also return to you any part of your up front payment not used for your search fees. If you're selling, there are no up front costs at all - so you can really speed up the process by instructing your solicitor from the outset.
